Proposals will be received at the office of the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, First Floor, Metropolitan Sewer District Building, 700 West Liberty Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40203, until the day and hour stipulated in the Invitation to Bid, at which time all Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Proposal received after the day and hour stipulated will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
